Luis Alvarez discovered his passion for real estate at a very young age. His parents
owned multiple properties in the Dominican Republic, where he was born. Fascinated
by the construction process, he knew real estate would ultimately be his career which
led him to become a dedicated New York City agent eventually moving to New Jersey.
Luis knows that finding a place to call home in New Jersey can be a difficult task.
Moving numerous times in his life taught him to empathize with clients and take their
needs very seriously. The knowledge and experience he has acquired allows him to
navigate the New Jersey real estate market extremely well, and find those hidden gems!
Luis works tirelessly for his sellers and buyers, striving to build relationships and
negotiate the best deals possible. Raised in New York and eventually calling New Jersey home, Luis earned a degree in Business Administration from Westchester Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from SUNY Oswego where he graduated summa cum laude. Prior to real estate, he enjoyed a successful sales and management career at a Fortune 500 company, and in the finance industry.
Fluent in Spanish, Luis has many interests that include writing and
recording music, photography and shooting videos, and playing/watching sports, from baseball to soccer, football and basketball. He is tenacious both on and off the field, and will not rest until you’re completely satisfied with the home you find together.
